Goal Line Leadership
John Rainey is the founder and director for Goal Line Ministries. Helping him make decisions for the ministry is the board of directors.
Before starting Goal Line, Rainey served as minister of youth and activites at Thomasville First Baptist Church. He was also minister of youth at First Baptist Church in Tupelo, Mississippi. In addition, Rainey has been involved in student ministry at Thomas University for the past five years.
He attended Brewer Parker College in 1972 and graduated from Georgia Southern College in 1975. He also attended seminary at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary where he received his Masters of Religious Education.
Rainey has two children: Les and Chris.
Les and his wife, Cheree, live in Jacksonville, Florida. Les is the stadium operations manager for the Jacksonville Suns
Chris is engaged to Lindsey Hamrick. He is a minister of youth in Glennville, Georgia.
